Sweet. I may have to take some of those off your hands when I pick up my preorder stuff then. :D

so people who didn't pick up their pre-ordered product at Gen-Con will have it shipped to them after the con is over?

Yes. If you are not attending GenCon, it of course makes sense to order now - it will be at your house a lot faster if we send directly from GenCon (because all the other product will make another lengthy trip within the US).

I'm not attending GenCon, and have already ordered my product. When can I expect it to get to me?

If you also paid it, it should arrive at your house the week after GenCon. But I don't know how efficient the US postal system is, really.

The US Postal system is top tier. In all my on-line and trade deals the only country that compares is Germany. South America tends to be the worst.

Will there be any US distribution? I really want to get my hands on a Morghen starter (see my sig) but I am cheap and do not want to kick in the international shipping.

A bit OT, it seems like NorCal is a dead zone. I wonder what would be the best system to find people who want to split starters, as in "Elf Lich seeks Nothrog wanting to split starter. Must have clean hands."

We'll have a point of shipping from the US. No international fees apply. It's best picking up stuff at GenCon, though.

Actually for delivery, they tend to still be great. Fed Ex and UPS have horrendous breakage rates and honestly don't give two [Censor: poo] about your package. All I do is ship via Fed Ex & UPS all day long...and I miss shipping through the USPS.

1. If you doubt the USPS you have not experienced the joys of Brazilian and Italian shipping!

2. I cannot go to GenCon because I have a little girl who would miss her daddy. FYI, she is an evil Necromancer also...

3. How will the product be available starting Thursday? Will it be distributed through the likes of Card Haus, brick and morter retailers, or will it still be through the .de site? Link me and the $30+ is all yours! It is worth it to get Morghen even if I have to let snotty Nothrog into my house... :P

All orders go through either my website warcraft-shop.de (I know it's an abominable URL, but for now it's what I have) or through your FLGS. So far there is only a limited number of stores who have ordered, which imho is more a problem of disseminating the information that Warlord has risen from the grave and is actually worth playing again. It takes an active effort on the player's part to convince stores to carry Warlord again - that's how low we have sunk, image-wise. So pick your poison.

If you are only buying one starter, it currently is best to have somebody bring it from GenCon.

In the US we simply have a "fulfillment center" - meaning we have a warehouse there that sends out packages to the US after I send the package slips. Or something like that. ;-) That way we can offer better rates than international shipping.

Mwhahahahahahaha!

Player Necromancy
Thank you Mr. A for bringing back an Elf Necromancer with a virtual 6 card opening hand size! Double points for it being he who shall not be named!

I was able to make arrangements with a super secret connection from the West to pick up the Morghen (with green stuff) starter at GenCon. I cannot reveal his name as it might compromise his integrity for working with the dark side.

WARNING TO THOSE WHO RESIDE IN THE WEST: Prepare to be Lich slapped!

Just a reminder: Crimson Coast pre-orders run till April 3rd. All orders paid until then get the Sir Robert/Takaxras combo per set ordered (whether it's a private customer, a club or a store ordering doesn't matter). The set still is well on schedule for April 30th (and we'll start spoilers soon).

The L2P set will come out on April 10th, but I'll send the copies for the US along with CC.

I expect the pre-orders to be well in their new owners hands by end of the first week of May.
