That...is one of the most powerful rogue actions in 4E.

One of the top 5 most powerful rogue cards (action or item) in the current format.

So in a water themed expansion, with a self appointed "Terror of the deep". Death from below is a rogue action creating a ranged-strike.

We have 2 Aquatic Warlords and one from a species with gills. None of which can use Death from Below. Plus it's a under water esq ranged-strike. Those don't generally work, like at all.

It's a good card, I would have called it "man the harpoons". Maybe with the quote "Aye squiddy I got nothing agenst ye. I just heard there was gold in your belly."

Very strong card. I knew Yvaalis was going to be dangerous and cards like this just confirm my convictions that much more strongly. :(

For Logan this could easily be +9, +11, +16 or more that can multi-wound a spent/stunned Character at React speed.

Yeah, but anyway, Elves got Suul :twisted: Cunning Shot + Death from Below is nice sinergy IMHO.

Well, that would be a hard combo to pull off. You'd need to extend the ranged of the cunning shot so that when you moved them, they'd move into a rank 2 ranks away.

It could be done with two different characters. You only need two level 3 rogues.

It can be done with a variety of means to poison foes since Suul can target 2 ranks away with ranged strikes vs. poisoned characters.
