How is Focus working for you? I'd rather start the Profit/Wall and have a chance to pump my bigger characters' AC... During my playtesting, I found that most times by the time a character is spent and receiving a wound for Brom to reduce & ready, the tempo isn't that big of a deal. However, Focus' interation with Grimur & Mentor is cool- just unreliable...

1x Kohn Peacehand
3x Vex Duntan
1x Glorgrim
1x Fridgeir
1x Rimefang
3x Sentinal Gargoyle
2x Dragons Lair
1x Grimur
How is Surge/Sentinal working out? It looks like you could use a Helt, Sky, and even Arla. I'd definitely replace one of them with Bludgeon. You can spend him up, stun strike +4 w/Pwrattk and then push him forward, or with Purify/Vigor you could stun strike again!

3x Merciless Strike
3x Kors Patience
3x Withering Gaze
3x Banish the wound
3x Purify
3x Cure Lethal Wounds
Is the Merciless strike/Dragon stun combo worth all the extra cards? It seems pretty difficult to consistently pull off...

Bardiche is a nice addition, especially for Fridgeir & Bludgeon!

Curare is a generic term for arrow poisons that contain D-tubocurarine derived from the bark of Strychnos toxifera. It is a muscle relaxant which causes death by paralyzing the respiratory system. Curares are active only if given parenterally(an injection by arrow tip). It is harmless if taken orally. This is crucial, because Nothrogs use curares for hunting purposes, thus the prey must remain safe to eat. Elves are asphyxiated as the respiratory muscles are unable to contract resulting in apnea
