Post Sigurdur - The Dwarf everyone forgot about?
It seems like the threads for this guy are rare, like not many people like playing him. I've been kicking around ideas for him, and so far this is what I have for him. It's only on paper so far and not actually built.

Sigurdur
2x Wall
3x Profit

Characters:

3x Stonefist
3x Vex Duntan
3x Hallvardur
1x Mentor
1x Savvy
3x Wrath
1x Grimur
1x Bem Kaundodo
1x Helt Royalwarden
2x Hurl

Items:

3x Backbiter
3x Griffon of Misear
2x Stormwolf
2x Uthanak's Ring
3x Iridescent Armor

Actions:

3x Beyond the Grave
3x Battle Plans
3x Stubborn
3x Sudden Reversal

Thinking of changing the stubborns and/or the sudden reversals to steeds, either The Dark Horse or War Horse.

3x Mentor

speeds up your world immensely, and extras can become weapons.

That's an awesome idea! What do you think I could take out for two more? I'm thinking Bem and a Hallvardur.

I would take out Bem. I think Hallvardur is probably by far one of the best lvl 3 characters for Sigurdur. He equips a weapon, boom ready tech. I remember one time I made it to finals against someone I lost to in swiss just because I had three of those guys in my front rank.

Needs more Meta. Thats one of the best things about sigurdur, the ability to run meta cards without the fear of drawing them against a deck they'll have little or no use against.

Yep, Thwarted x3 is staple and x3 Pillage or Crush wouldnt hurt.

Pillage is nice and all for item removal, but if youre targetting something of even medium level, the DC is gonna be a bit high for dwarves with their naturally low skill. I do agree with the Thwarted though.

I think it would be really interesting to do a Sigurdur rogue deck focusing on stealthing into their ranks. Backstab + Sigurdur axe = ouch.

There was a sigurdur deck idea somewhere that involved stealthing in proft or the level 2 garg with stealth for quick kills. Thought that was kinda nifty.

It's funny and would probably go in such a deck, but I'm thinking like a full-out rogue calvary hell bent on shooting forward and smacking hard.
