Re: The Hashashin' (happenin') Taisia
The Taisia problem...
An assassin without an army.
Unfortunately the Mercs are missing the characters to aid her directly in the assault so she remains all alone in that department. When a better Mercenary character base appears she will shine.
Some suggestions as is:
1) A needed character is
Sedayah Rowan.
Along with the Ivy they make a very good couple. Enter spent and stay spent.
It is a powerful counter against
Niobe and general cleric decks,
Yavlo the Kindled and some characters like
Master Tir-Koltis.
2) Alert is very iffy. It will not work most of the times.
In a similar deck i use
Squire's Sash (with
Out of the Shadows it can give you games especially against warlord oriented decks)
It is a side combo but it works and is an additional melee strike.
3) Viper's Tongue is way better in Taisia than
Hashashin Blade.
The DC is 19 and the wounds are separate. No single heal can stop them all.
With
Garrotte (it is useful now at +5 and without the weapon trait) no spent character is out of reach.
4) Bola,
Blacksand Trap or anything else to make the opponent spent probably with
Camel for abuse.
5) More movement. You need to get Taisia to the front asap.
Leap of the Clouds that can be used as defense and
Swift that can be used by your lvl2 rogues are an option as is
Cloudracer.
Hope this helped.
