Yeah, anyone who registered before I switched it over should still be using the Queen's English. :)

What, no English (Canadian)? For shame. :nonono:

Sorry, dude. There's no language pack for it. Nor is there French (Canada), fwiw. Or Spanish (Mexico), which I would have installed had it existed. There is, strangely enough, Spanish (Argentina), but they speak it weird down there, so I just used the regular one. For English there's only US and UK, both of which are now installed. I'd use the UK one if I were you. You spell funny just like they do. :P

Actually... both Argentinean and Spaniard Spanish are very similar... and as you assumed, very different from Mexican Spanish...

Also... shouldn't you just make a forum for the other languages? That way people who speak other things can go somewhere else on the ToL?

Or maybe a whole group of forums for the different main languages?

It's mostly for things like forum buttons, headers and the like. It doesn't translate posts.

I know, though that would be cool. I was suggesting the whole forum thing after you (I think) mentioned that people should post in English as that is the official language. So... I thought that just *maybe* we could have forums in other languages and thus attract more none English speakers to the wonderful world of the ToL.

Obviously we don't know how many none English speakers there are out there because they don't post, but judging from the Brazilian forums (which I've visited a few times), and how few of those people post here, I'd be willing to bet LOTS of people could be interested in other language forums on the ToL.

That might be doable in the future if we had someone who speaks the language of the forum to moderate it. :)

I speak Spanish fluently and I'm learning French, though I know nibbik speaks french fluently. I know that there are plenty of people here who speak German, Italian, and Portuguese. There's also Indonesians... Czech, and Greek. lol... so +1 more than the ToL has languages!

So it's just a matter of creating the forums and delegating moderating tasks!

I'm almost positive there is a language pack for Klingon. Ewok, not so much. :P
