Wanted to give this guy another try and see if I can do much of anything with him. First time I tried him I fell flat on my face in every game I played. Here's how he looks now.

Considering how many of your characters die, with or without help, I found Ivory Scepter to be very good.
One flying carpet for movement in addition to the ring - you can bounce forward to shoot the second rank and then back to safety. Maybe go two-and-one instead of three rings.

Be careful about Necklace. It's great for spells you draw but doesn't work on spells attached via Sanga's action or anything you bring back with Dark Heart.

I like the slight Air focus to the spells - good actions plus easy to get Heaven's Wrath off.
That said, consider Flame Blade or Viper Whip if you find you need a couple more.

I'm not a fan of Asrapi. Green Hag has a better react, can play LB and can hold ranks.
