Post Galam-Reth - current build
Deck-teching to kill some time...

Galam-Reth
Wailing Scrambler x2
Duanna x2
The Devoted x2

Winti x2
The Seed x2
Redu Tam x3
Bixvrexe x3
As'sa x3
Pagophoros x3
Ygrassyne x2

Thinking about Yil-Grayl, if I decide that 52 cards is acceptable.

Stormwolf
Camel x3
Griffon of Misear x3
Great White x2
Double Bladed Sword x3
Nothrog S'sike x2
Bruntor's Helm x2
Scale Mail x2
Iridescent Armor x3

Thinking about Tzin's Blades (for Biv and multi-wounding), Celestial Flame (multi-wounding), Fists of Kor (anti-mirror and elves/devs), Collar of Damnation (anti-recursion / elves), and Troas' Pawn (for Biv and multi-wounding).

Beyond the Grave x2
Stubborn x2

Thinking hard about Sudden Reversal.

This deck is a heavy cavalry blitz deck. Between the steeds, stubborns and Galam's order, the Daemons get up to the front very fast.
As'sa is a big focus of the offense, killing opposing characters without needing to inflict wounds (and often generating extra strikes via DBS, Ssike, Beyond the Grave or Ygrassyne in the process). He's the reason the deck runs both Iridescent and Bruntor's.
Pago can create stun-lock, Bix and Redu are very fast, and either Winti or Scramblers generate great first-turn offense.
Great White, DBS and Ssike are there to increase the number of strikes generated (rather than going for multi-wounding) and are the number one thing I've considered swapping around (as noted).

I had pretty good success locally with the prior version of the deck - same characters, items were closer to Nihil's winning Dev deck (Tzin's Blades and Tortoise Shields instead of Scale Mail, Bruntor's and Ssikes) and sudden reversal was in. It's biggest problem was drawing items that couldn't be used at the time (or were equipped to someone that didn't hit the front for a turn or two), which is why I decided to focus on more lower-level defensive and strike-generating stuff.

Cheers.

If you are planning on galem being up front immediately it looks right, but I wouldn't run that much movement if you plan on him sitting back to build.

I think your deck could use 1 or 2 wyvern gems. as'sa can't always be there for the multi wounding. I also like dancing scimitar, for as'sa so his spend react can't be canceled, and as a weapon that bivrexe can equip also.

also, i'm not sure i would double on on iredescent armor and bruntor's helm/ scale mail. I found that 3 iredescent armor was enough and i think all of it might clog your hand too often. I would run tower shield over the scale mail. although I never run double bladed sword, so maybe not since you are running 3 of them.

Yeah, there's a number of card choices I made that conflict with the other options - tower shield vs double bladed is a big one.
But in several games, I found Galam's order on a character w/ DBS equipped (or triggering an As'sa react when As'sa had DBS equipped) generated lots of carnage. So DBS stays. :)

I'm tempted to drop the Ssike in favor of the Dancing Scimitar (good call on Biv, btw) which then makes Tower Shield a possibility.

I hear what you're saying about movement. And I don't generally like to bring Galam forward right away. I just hate stunning so many of the others. Hard to balance it just right.

Thanks.
