How long before the start of the campaign adventure did the fall of Andover, Corinth and Llyr happen?

The Assassins' Strike takes place during the opening adventure, and it was after that that the elves attacked in full force. The Ghostwood Treaty was one, last attempt to broker peace before all-out war.

The cities you mention likely fall over the course of the first four campaign adventures.
