Hel's Rune
Level 2 - Action - Wizard Order: Attach Hel's Rune to a Weapon. While Hel's Rune is attached, the Weapon gives an additional +2 ATK. Additionally, after a character with the Weapon equipped has a Critical Success with a melee strike, stun the target of the strike and inflict an additional wound.
